I chose Tougaloo because of the family-oriented campus and the amazing opportunities available to African-American students on a private campus. My hope for the future is to become a Child Psychologist and Licensed Daycare Owner. I enjoy transforming and positively impacting the lives of youth and young children. My experiences at Tougaloo have allowed me to become more outspoken and influential in the lives of those surrounding me, and for that, I am genuinely grateful. I cannot wait to see what more Tougaloo has for me.
