Tougaloo College is proud to offer scholarship opportunities to accepted Tougaloo College applicants to assist with their college career. Please see the list below for the list all Academic Merit-based scholarships offered through the Office of Admissions. Any person interested in a scholarship must complete a scholarship application through our Scholarship Application portal by the respective deadline. Be sure to read all scholarship requirements and criteria as requirements may vary. Please note, that any federal, non-federal, or scholarship aid received by scholarship recipients will be processed as a part of the total scholarship and financial aid package and can be adjusted based on Overaward status when it exceeds financial need or cost of attendance at Tougaloo College (See Tougaloo Scholarship Policy).
Freshman and Transfer Academic Scholarships Applicant Requirement Checklist:
☐Must submit a Scholarship Application through the Scholarship Portal
☐Must be fully accepted to Tougaloo College prior to submission of the Scholarship Application
- Conditionally Accepted applicants must be fully accepted to be considered
☐Must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
☐Submit Scholarship Application and all requirements by application deadline
- Deadline for Fall Applicants: March 15th
- Deadline for Spring Applicants: December 16th
