About the Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Research
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Research (OIER), which also serves as the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) Liaison Office, assembles information that enables the College's administrative team, faculty, and staff to achieve institutional effectiveness.
The staff is responsible for gathering and organizing data that informs the decision-making process and management of the College's resources; retrieving and storing research data, studies, and analyses that guide decisions about curriculum and instruction; and ensuring that data gathering and research functions are used to enhance institutional effectiveness in light of the Institutional Strategic Plan.
