Required Supporting Documents

Depending on your form selections, you may need to provide additional documentation such as:

Tax returns and W-2 forms
Bank statements and investment records
Social Security statements
Verification of untaxed income
Birth certificates or legal documentation
Immigration documents (if applicable)

Important Deadlines

Priority Deadline: Submit all forms and documents by March 15 for priority consideration
Verification Documents: Must be submitted within 30 days of notification
SAP Appeals: Submit appeals within 10 business days of notification
Updates: Notify the Financial Aid Office immediately of any changes to your financial situation
