
The Tougaloo College fitness center provides an opportunity for students, faculty, staff, and community members to improve individual health and well-being. Physical activity fosters growth, reduces chronic disease risk, and promotes better function, mood, and sleep. Aim for 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity activity weekly. Our center is here to help you reach that goal.
Services
Our fitness center offers circuit and free weights, cardiovascular equipment, an outdoor swimming pool, and fitness classes including line dancing, step aerobics, sit and fit, strength and conditioning, toning, and aqua fitness. Locker rooms and showers are also available. We aim to create a supportive, welcoming environment for your health journey.
