The Office of the Bursar and Student Accounts is responsible for the assessment and collection of student tuition and fees and for providing account analysis to students. Payments for tuition and fees are accepted throughout the year, either on The Loo (https://theloo.tougaloo.edu/ICS/CRM_Student/Billing.jnz), in person, or by mail. The Bursar's Office also processes all cash deposits and payments made to the College.
