Experiencing a personal emergency is never something you would want to go through. It is even more difficult in the midst of this continued global pandemic we are all experiencing with COVID-19 and with the increasing numbers related to the Delta Variant. Often times our students are miles away from their immediate family to rely on direct help, but that is where their Tougaloo College Family and you are there to aid them.
The Tougaloo College Student Emergency Fund assists our students by providing financial support when assistance is needed to cover unexpected emergency expenses surrounding situations such as medical, accidents, illness, fire damage, temporary housing, travel, technology needs to support remote instruction in an online learning environment, etc. This fund is designed to assist those who cannot reasonably resolve their financial difficulty.
