Presidential Search Moves Into Next Phase
After completing first-round interviews with a select group of applicants, the Search Committee has invited a smaller group of candidates to continue in the process. The next round of in-person interviews will take place in December, followed by finalist campus visits in January 2026.
Presidential Search: Phase One Completed
The Presidential Search Committee has successfully completed the first phase of the search for Tougaloo College’s next president. A total of 114 applications were received and carefully reviewed by all committee members with assistance from WittKieffer, our executive search partner. Following in-depth discussions, twelve candidates have been selected to advance to the first-round interviews scheduled for November 20–21.
