Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. is comprised of college-educated, dynamic, community service driven, diverse and professional women. The benefits of membership include opportunities for professional development, personal development, and sisterhood. Our members are active in their respective communities and hold dear the ideals of Service, Scholarship, Sisterhood and Finer Womanhood. Membership in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority is a living and learning experience for women with shared values and objectives.

It is the mission of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. to enhance the quality of life for women and their families in the U.S. and globally through community service, civil, and social action. Our goal is to achieve greater progress in the areas of education, health awareness, and leadership development. Our members, affiliates, staff, and community partners work to create and support initiatives that align with our vision.

The brothers of Phi Beta Sigma are the Fraternity’s most valuable resource and strength. They are the primary means by which the Phi Beta Sigma objectives will be achieved. In order to accomplish the Fraternity’s objectives, it is essential that systems are instituted that effectively embody “Culture for Service and Service for Humanity” and promote brotherhood, scholarship and service.

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated is an organization of college educated women committed to the constructive development of its members and to public service with a primary focus on the Black community.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated (AKA) was founded on a mission comprised of five basic tenets that have remained unchanged since the sorority’s inception more than a century ago. Alpha Kappa Alpha’s mission is to cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards, to promote unity and friendship among college women, to study and help alleviate problems concerning girls and women in order to improve their social stature, to maintain a progressive interest in college life, and to be of “Service to All Mankind.”

Tougaloo College enjoys a rich and exciting history with Greek Life. The Pan Hellenic Council coordinates activities among its member organizations and promotes unity and cooperation among the recognized Greek-letter organizations, individually as well as collectively. The Pan Hellenic Council is composed of active representatives of all approved national Greek-letter fraternities and sororities:
