Empowering Tomorrow’s Scientists and Innovators
The School of Natural Sciences provides education in the following disciplines: Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Environmental Science, Mathematics and Physics. As a result of the increasingly important role of science and technology in society, the course offerings in the School of Natural Sciences are a vital part of liberal arts education.
Students can also obtain a science education related to some of the disciplines in the School of Natural Sciences. Graduates will be able to attend graduate schools or related professional schools (e.g., medical, dental, pharmacy, and allied health schools), to work in industry, or to prepare for other fields (e.g., teaching, management, law).
Our Departments
Explore our four dynamic departments, each offering unique opportunities for academic and scientific growth.

Department of Biology
Explore the fundamentals of living systems—from cellular processes to ecosystems. Our Biology program prepares students for careers and graduate studies in medicine, biotechnology, environmental science, and public health. With hands-on labs and research opportunities, students cultivate a strong foundation in biological inquiry and scientific problem-solving.

Department of Chemistry & Physics
This department merges the microscopic world of molecules with the cosmic laws of physics. Whether you're interested in chemical reactions, quantum mechanics, or material science, our curriculum is designed to ignite curiosity and sharpen analytical thinking. Students gain lab experience and research mentorship that prepares them for graduate study or careers in industry, healthcare, and education.

Department of Mathemathics & Computer Science
From abstract equations to real-world algorithms, this department empowers students to tackle complex problems using logic, precision, and computational thinking. With pathways in computer science, cybersecurity, and applied mathematics, graduates leave equipped to lead in tech, data science, engineering, finance, and beyond.
