Tougaloo College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Computer Science position, beginning in August 2025. The successful candidate will teach a full range of undergraduate computer science courses, advise and mentor students, engage in departmental and college service, and maintain an active professional development and scholarship program.
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science by the time of appointment and demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching, including working with students from diverse academic backgrounds. Applicants with expertise or teaching experience in cybersecurity, data science, or geographic information systems (GIS) are of particular interest.

Mississippi INBRE may provide start-up funds, release time, and research support for those who engage in biomedical research in the fall of 2025. This program supports a network of Mississippi colleges and universities to improve the state's capacity for biomedical research and infrastructure. A three-page research plan related to biomedical sciences is required.
