Training Workshops

Workshop 1: Researching and Analyzing Potential Funding Opportunities
Workshop participants will be able to locate potential funding opportunities and analyze them to determine which is the best fit for project goals.
Workshop 2: Major Components of a Grant Proposal
Workshop participants will become familiar with the general components of writing a federal grant proposal and with including specific requirements from a minimum of two federal agencies.
Workshop 3: Major Components of a Foundation Proposal
Workshop participants will learn how to develop proposals for submission to foundations and corporations.
Workshop 4: Development of a Sound and Allowable Proposal
Workshop participants will examine the basic components of a project budget and develop the skills to construct a project budget.
Workshop 5: Paper and Electronic Submission of Proposal
Workshop participants will have an understanding of the processes that must be completed before proposals can be submitted. They will also have an understanding of paper submissions and electronic submissions.
Workshop 6: Managing Your Grant After Award
Workshop participants will have a knowledge and understanding of the internal processes for managing a grant award. |
