The Office of Facilities Management has the responsibility to operate and maintain current facilities; plan, design and construct future facilities in a manner that effectively and efficiently enhances the academic living and learning environment.
The College property is situated on approximately 100 acres of wooded and gently sloping land. The campus consists of 41 buildings that contain more than 450,000 square feet of classrooms, laboratories, residence halls, faculty housing, recreational multi-purpose and worship areas, as well as faculty, support and administrative offices. Ten buildings on the campus are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The campus grounds include several athletic fields and courts, open spaces, parking lots and roadways. Several acres of undeveloped land are set aside for future campus growth. The College also owns several off campus properties as well.
