Summer Science Program

The Summer Science Program (SSP) is a six week science program geared toward those students interested in pursuing an education in the natural sciences. Located at Tougaloo College, SSP is designed to give the student a taste of the college life, college level courses and numerous opportunities to expand their horizons on the endless possibilities in the “World of Natural Science!” A stipend covers room and board; therefore, students are expected to reside on campus for the duration of the program. Applications submitted by April 1st will receive first consideration. However, we strongly recommend that you apply to the College much earlier in order to receive maximum financial aid.
